All our staff are DBS checked before working with the children and these are updated every 3 years as good working practice requires.
Laura Wareing – Managing Director
A level 4 qualified Senior Early years Manager, Laura has worked with children for over 15 years now at a local school managing the day care provision. Laura is currently up to date with all qualifications and is the Designated Safeguarding lead, The SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) Communications Champion, Oral health Champion.
Laura continually updates her professional development currently doing an NVQ in Early years leadership and management alongside an Early years Professional Development programme.
